Gregory Scott
Creative Director
Gregory Scott is a thinker, creator, artist, sailor, father, listener, idealist, leader, captain, problem solver, cook, consultant, and creative director. As a partner with Sheila Donohue, he combines the power of practical and unconventional ideas to create a positioning approach that's both intriguing and effective. Imagine that. Though he loves to cook, you won't see any cookie cutters in his kitchen. Everything is designed, but one design cannot work for every business. The client's unique needs and objectives dictate the solution—Greg's expertise governs the path.
Greg takes every chance he can to be a father, husband, and captain of the sailing vessel, Big Country, who races on Lake Michigan and sometimes brings home a gallon of rum or a crystal bowl.

Vicki Walden
Senior Writer
Vicki's professional career has been devoted to communicating with a wide variety of audiences through the written word. Her method for developing copy, whether something as deceptively simple as an ad or as complicated as a 100-page website, begins with striving to truly understand the personality of a brand and the client's goals for that brand. Strategizing with the creative team to discover the most effective ways to engage the intended audience is her favorite part of the job. Collaboration is hard-wired into her DNA. That collaboration gene manifests itself in her personal life as well: she has been an actor, writer, and theater-maker for 20 years. So when she says she understands how to hook an audience, you can believe her.
