Our working relationships function at a high level

You will be able to truly delegate your marketing needs to us.  We do require top management to be present for initial meetings to establish vision, but once that is accomplished, we can take it from there. We'll outline the process and present the work in stages for leadership review in a manner which respects your internal resources. We're here to provide real help for the mid-sized entrepreneur, by taking the marketing work off of your plate.

Engagement

Depending on the scope of the work, On Track offers different methods of engagement with our clients. We can work on retainer and build a custom integrated marketing campaign that incorporates the services detailed under the APPROACH link of this web site. This type of full court press engagement has proven to provide our clients with the most meaningful marketing impact, though we also work on a project by project basis. Every client receives a weighted program designed to fit their unique objectives and opportunities.

Budget Contracts

We will provide a formalized estimate that details the terms of the engagement and clearly spells out the financial responsibility of the client, the performance guarantees of On Track team members, and the initial deposit to begin work. Typically the 1st month retainer is all that is required to begin meetings, SWOT analysis and the strategic work. We do require that a budget be signed and accompanied by a first payment to begin work. We do not offer speculative work or provide strategic analysis before we are formally engaged.

Value of the Engagement

A talented Marketing Executive's yearly salary would run at least the cost of a typical yearly engagement. That person would need to lead and develop a marketing program and handle some of the tactical execution, but most likely they would require a marketing budget in addition to their salary. We often work for marketing departments who cannot accomplish their marketing goals with in-house staff. But if you're looking to outsource the majority of your marketing services, hiring a firm like On Track is a great value. Our team provides the resources of 7-8 talent bases, all with senior level experience and a leader to ensure the program is strategically sound.

Your client list seems pretty varied. Why don't you specialize in one industry?
If we work for you, we won't be working for your competitor. That's just the ethic we play by. We focus on gaining an in-depth understanding of your organization—its culture, how it functions, what its goals are and the industry that you operate within. Once we've invested in that level of understanding, our goal is to build continuance and to seek new ways to leverage your investment.

Can I hire you just to print a brochure for me?
If that is really all you're looking for, then we may not be the agency for you. Any print shop would be able to provide that service—we can even recommend some. If your ultimate goal is to expand your business, we can certainly be of service. We've helped many organizations grow in that regard.
