How do you launch an American brand in a marketing-free British town that’s been there since the time of the Vikings?

21st CENTURY RAIL BUILDING
American rail car maker, Thrall Car, wanted to bring production back to Europe with the launch of Thrall Europa. They chose a location with a tremendous sense of railroading history, York, England, a place synonymous with train building during the 19th century. On Track understood the enormous promise surrounding this project, as well as the delicacy required to build excitement while remaining respectful of York’s strict regulations against outdoor advertising.
What resulted was a celebration of the return of the rail yard and the boon it meant for the local economy.
