H. Kramer & Company has been in the brass and bronze foundry business since 1888. When the recent financial downturn hit the economy, this venerable, family-owned business decided to actively market itself for the first time. In addition to providing H. Kramer with a simple, elegant website that far exceeded the visual standards of the manufacturing industry, On Track helped Kramer communicate more efficiently and effectively with its clients, by performing some information wrangling.
The foundry business is a complicated and technical one; the successful creation and delivery of custom alloys and blended ingots requires skill and a deep understanding of how these metals interact. On Track designed and developed an online accessible version of Kramer's Data Foundry Handbook—a document that is central to its business and the key to communication between Kramer and its clients.
