AVIS/Budget Group wanted its nationwide, truck-renting customer base to order moving boxes and packing materials online, thereby avoiding the hassle of stocking inventory in its brick & mortar locations, and making it more convenient for their customers. On Track hit the ground running, developing the front and back end interface for an easy-to-use, yet extremely functional e-store.

Both ends of the e-store were designed with the user in mind. The back end tools were intuitive and easily integrated, requiring very little training for Budget's customer service staff. The dynamic design also puts the functionality directly into the client's hands; they can change prices or initiate promotions as their business needs dictate, without having to come back to On Track every time.

The front end  interface functioned so well that within minutes of the website launch orders were being fulfilled with less than 1% of user complaints.
