Women of Peace translate
faith into action. Gospel values direct all Peace initiatives, and
a vibrant campus ministry program provides frequent opportunities
for prayer, liturgical celebrations, retreats and service.
Christian Living classes provide four years of religious study that
are focused on Scripture, faith development and personal and social
morality. Each year Peace students have an opportunity to participate
in a retreat with their classmates.
The mission of the Gospel requires outreach, and Women of Peace fulfill
the mission by becoming peacemakers. Working together, the Peace Community
promotes Catholic Social Justice Principles with compassionate action.
Ongoing schoolwide efforts include food and clothing collections,
blood drives, and help for victims of abuse, homelessness and natural
disasters. |
